By accessing or using 3rdShift ("the Service"), operated by Goat Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3rdShift is an AI-powered workforce platform that provides automated workers for content creation, research, sales, design, video, administrative tasks, and other business functions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity per account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Founding member pricing is locked at the rate purchased for the lifetime of the subscription, provided the subscription remains active. If you cancel and re-subscribe, founding member pricing is not guaranteed. Prices for standard (non-founding) plans may change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our cancellation policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscribers: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term. No cancellation fees apply. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period.
Light tasks are unlimited on all plans. Heavy credits are allocated monthly based on your plan tier and do not roll over to the next month. We reserve the right to implement fair usage limits to prevent abuse.
You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing; impersonate any person or entity; distribute malware or spam; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; resell or redistribute outputs in a way that competes with the Service; use the Service to build a competing product.
Content you create: You own the outputs generated by AI workers based on your inputs. Our property: The Service, including all software, design, branding, and AI models, is owned by Goat Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring outputs comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Worker memory and brand context are stored per-account and are not shared across accounts.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goat Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-product notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
